I'm an Asian American women in management with 10+ years experience at a Fortune 500 company in Silicon Valley. From the exterior, I'm viewed as the success story of what hard work can achieve. A six figure salary, supportive partner, and having established our roots in California.
Behind the scenes, I've struggled with self confidence, perfectionism and trying to live up to the pressures of the American Dream. It was engrained in me at an early age that success is quantified by money. That mentality had me stuck for years trying to realize what passion and drive truly meant for me and how to turn that into a career I valued. This blog is meant as a way for me to reflect and share my story.
